Executive Director's Message

Dear Parents/Guardians, Students, and Community Members,

 

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!  I hope your summer was very enjoyable and relaxing.  We are very excited to have started a new academic year at MLVRCS with another opportunity to succeed with fulfilling our mission of improving the educational achievement of all pupils based on the belief that all children can learn.  As this year commences, I wish all of the students the greatest success.  I wish to also welcome our new students and staff members to MLVRCS.  We are “A Dedicated Team!”

 

I am proud of our recent achievements, such as receiving a top Tier 1 status ranking from the New Jersey Department of Education and above proficiency on state test scores. Our students have also been receiving foods of higher quality through our collaboration with the Department of Agriculture. We take pride in promoting a safe learning environment, which includes state of the art technology as part of the learning process. I am excited to announce the launch of our new website! Please visit the website as often as possible for school information and updates.

 

Thanks to the dedication of our highly-skilled and talented staff members, our students have enhanced their learning and are more prepared for their futures.  They have contributed time this past summer with preparing for all of the many great learning opportunities at MLVRCS.  I wish to also thank our facility and maintenance team members for preparing our school building for the new year.  

 

During the year, I encourage parents and community members to continue to become further involved as stronger collaborations generate greater student successes.  It is our long term goal to provide a high-quality educational opportunity for a superior value for all stakeholders.   

 

I know that each of us wishes to make a difference in the lives of the students of MLVRCS.  I sincerely wish you the very best of success during the 2023-2024 school year!
