The question is written in the attached Google Doc. You will write your paragraph on that Doc.
There is a link with information to help you answer the question. You might not understand all the words so make sure you look them up.

1. Do Now - A six-question Google Open Notebook Quiz (attached link for Google Form). 
You may only use the fill-in-blank active note-taking sheets that have been taped or glued into your notebook. 
You may not talk to your classmates.
All students must take the Do Now Quiz. I will allow a retake when I come back for those students who are missing a sheet or did not place their sheets in their notebooks. 
This is the first and last open notebook quiz I will allow a retake for, as I have made it very clear what is expected when it comes to the active note-taking sheets.

Hi everyone! I will be out for a few days so I will be posting your work in the Classroom. I will be able to respond to questions if you need help.
Today you will be finishing the second active notetaking sheet you were given. 
Everyone should have received this sheet, it was handed out on Wednesday and again on Friday to some students who were absent. 
This sheet should be secure in your notebook. 
Some of you have glued, others have used tape. 
If you are given an open-notebook quiz that means you may only have your notebook out.
The pdf attached is to show you what sheet you should be using.
Directions for today's class work:
Go through the slides while reading the active notetaking sheet.
Fill in the blanks with the correct information.
There is a quick video on Slide 4. Only watch if you have headphones!
The last slide mentions homework, the details are posted in the Classroom Assignment labeled: Monday 9/12 Homework.
¡Hola a todos! Estaré fuera unos días, así que estaré publicando su trabajo en el Aula. Podré responder a las preguntas si necesita ayuda. 
Hoy estarás terminando la segunda hoja activa de apuntes que te dieron. 
Todos deberían haber recibido esta hoja, se entregó el miércoles y nuevamente el viernes a algunos estudiantes que estaban ausentes.

Algunos de ustedes han pegado, otros han usado cinta. 
Si le dan una prueba de cuaderno abierto, eso significa que solo puede tener su cuaderno afuera.

Instrucciones para el trabajo de clase de hoy: 
Vaya a través de las diapositivas mientras lee la hoja de apuntes activa. 
Completa los espacios en blanco con la información correcta. 
Hay un video rápido en la diapositiva 4. ¡Solo míralo si tienes audífonos!

Pay attention to areas that might about stereotyping or discrimination (if we have discussed the term Discrimination yet it means: treating a specific group in a different way for a negative or bad reason).
Then answer the questions on the attached Google Doc. Please write using complete sentences and your answers should be one to two sentences.
